Requirements for attending the visa application center

  • Original passport and a copy.
  • Employment letter in English addressed to the embassy and stamped by the employer.
  • For private-sector companies: the employment letter must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Bank statement in English for the last 4 months with a balance of at least SAR 10,000 per person.
  • Copy of the national ID.
  • Copy of the family card if the appointment is for a family.
  • Appointment confirmation from the visa application center.
  • Embassy application form.
  • Hotel booking - one copy per applicant.
  • Flight booking - one copy per applicant.
  • Travel insurance policy - one copy per applicant.
  • Two personal photos, 3.5×4.5 cm, white background; uncovered head for men and uncovered face for women.
  • Copy of any previous Schengen visa, if available.
  • Exit and re-entry visa for non-Saudis.
  • The Embassy of France may request additional documents depending on the applicant's case or itinerary.
